On Wed afternoon we headed out to CT to pick up my friend Nancy and her daughter Shao. Below are a few photo of us at the beach near their place. :)
Thursday....our first long day of travel. About 20 min after we left nancy's house Emily realized she forgot her glasses, so we turned around and went back to get them. By the time we left her place a second time, it was 8:15am. In the evening we hit Washington DC at 5:00pm...about the worst time we could have gotten to that area! We drove till we got to Fredricksburg, VA where we spent the night.
